Adding movies to your account

If you transferred movies through YesVideo or one of our retail partners, you can add those movies to your online viewing account by following the instructions below:

Click “Account” in the upper right corner, and select "Add Media".

The next screen will give you directions:

The video ID number can be found on the back of your DVD case, located underneath the bar code:

You may need to enter more information if the name you entered to sign up for online viewing does not match the name that the order was processed with.

If you have more than one DVD to activate in your account, then you will need to repeat these steps for each of your DVDs.

If you try to import your movies to your account and they are not available, please contact our customer care team at 1-866-493-7383 and they can assist you.
