If you signed up for online viewing and some of your videos are not available online, you can check the status of your order here: Check order status
If you see some of your videos online but other videos you submitted are not there, it is often due to copyrighted material. As stated at ordering, we cannot transfer copyrighted videos such as commercial movies, TV programs or professional video productions since these videos are subject to copyright laws and it is illegal to make copies without the express permission of the copyright owner. A note will be included in the "Your Order has Shipped" email from us, along with the package we send back to you noting that we did not process a video due to copyrighted material.
If we did not process your video due to copyrights, and you have copyright permission, you can submit a copyright waiver form to us. In order to do so, please contact our customer support team.
