Adding movies to your account

If you transferred movies through YesVideo or one of our partners, you can add those movies to your account by following the instructions below:

Go to the user icon in the upper right corner, and choose "My Account".


Scroll to the bottom of the "My Account" page to the "Videos Not Appearing? Import Prior Transfers" box.  In the box that says "Enter your code", enter the DVD's video ID number and click "Activate."  



The video ID number can be found on the back, top-right corner of your DVD case. 


You may need to enter more information if your account name does not match the name with which the transfer order was placed.

Note, if you did not provide an email address with your transfer order, you may need to wait up to 8 hours for your movies to appear.

If you try to import your movies to your account and they are not available, please contact our customer care team at 1-866-493-7383 and they can assist you.
