Retail Partner Orders
If the retail partner has already sent the order to YesVideo, either you or the retail partner needs to contact us in order to flag the order and returned unprocessed. If the order has not yet arrived at our facility, we also need the shipment tracking information.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order prior to sending us your video tapes and film reels. To change or cancel your order call our Customer Care team at 1-866-493-7383. Please have your name and order number handy.
Note: if you decide you'd like to add additional videotapes or film reels (beyond what you originally input into your online order) simply add them to your box and include a note stating what you added. Our technicians will evaluate your box of materials and add those additional items to your order. You will see those itemized additions in your email updates when we receive your materials and when they've been processed so you will always know what it being transferred and what the resulting charges will be.
